1. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment. A booking confirmation will be provided once the reservation is secured.

2. Payment

Payment conditions, including the deposit and balance, will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation and the services already confirmed. Certain payments, including those for flights, hotels or other prepaid services, may be non-refundable.

4. Changes

Nova Adventours may adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather, road conditions, availability or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client whenever possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance provides adequate coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage and other travel-related risks.

6. Responsibility

Nova Adventours works with trusted local partners and service providers. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, delays, strikes, changes in transport services or other unforeseen situations.
